In Cuomei County, Shannan City, Tibet, many Tibetan students face serious challenges in accessing quality education due to a lack of resources in this remote mountainous region. In 2024, two GGF representatives took part in an educational support mission there and achieved meaningful results. Building on that experience, they’ve decided to return in 2025—this time inviting more GGF members to join the cause. For the 2025 initiative, GGF is co-organizing the “Books Across Mountains – Educational Support in Tibet” project with Nanrenbang Off-Road Racing Club and the Shenzhen Volunteer Association. The goal is to provide more equitable educational opportunities, improve learning conditions, and deliver essential school supplies to local students. This year, five members from our nonprofit will travel to Cuomei County for the mission. With the experience we’ve gained, we’re better prepared than ever. To further support the effort, GGF is launching a fundraising campaign—both online and offline—to collect donations for school and daily essentials. We hope this campaign helps shine a light on the needs of children in Tibet and inspires more people to join us in making a difference, however big or small.
